We are very pleased to offer MMV’s Happy Go Lucky aka Lucky for your consideration! Lucky is a 2023 colt and son of VV King William, who is the sire of 56x Supreme Champion GG Kiss Me Kate, the winningest Vanner in history. Lucky’s dam The King’s Morning Glory is a National Reserve Champion herself and is trained to ride and drive. Glory is also the dam to our up-and-coming stallion Ziggy! Lucky is double bred The Gypsy King and goes back to Cushti Bok, The Lion King, The White Horse, The Lob, The Road Sweeper UK, Harkaway Tansy, Vintage Vanner’s Tessa, Shampoo Girl and Gypsy Gold’s Rose.

Lucky earned his name honestly, as he is a super friendly, easy going colt – happy go lucky. he is thick and built very correctly. Lucky has very heavy bone, an incredible head and neck and a great apple butt. He is smart and inquisitive and is already busy learning to lead, tie, bathe and being desensitized to various things. He thinks tarps are toys and crossed a bridge within two minutes of first seeing it.  He has been on three trailer rides and handled it like he’s done it dozens of times before. He is weaned, up to date on all shots/coggins/farrier/worming and is ready to go!
