Phoenix is a 2022 colt and son of VV King William, who is the sire of 44x Supreme Champion GG Kiss Me Kate, the winningest Vanner in history. Phoenix’s dam The King’s Morning Glory is a National Reserve Champion herself and is trained to ride and drive. Glory is also the dam to our up-and-coming stallion Ziggy! Phoenix is double bred The Gypsy King and goes back to Cushti Bok, The Lion King, The White Horse, The Lob, The Road Sweeper UK, Harkaway Tansy, Vintage Vanner’s Tessa, Shampoo Girl and Gypsy Gold’s Rose. Phoenix is thick and built very correctly. He sports a blue eye, eye liner, a heart marking on his side, a black and white tail and will have a black and white striped mane. He is friendly and inquisitive and is already busy learning to lead, tie, bathe and being desensitized to various things. He has been on his first two trailer ride sand handled it like he’s done it dozens of times before. Phoenix is GVHS registered and PSSM1 negative.
