Oscar’s sire, Versace, is a son of the late, great Latcho Drom and the well known producer Crown Darby, a daughter of the world’s most famous Gypsy Vanner Horse, The Gypsy King. She was one of America’s first 14 Vanner mares.

Oscar’s dam, Tiffany, is a daughter of Fred Walker, who is a daughter of Latcho Drom and BB King. BB King is a son of The Gypsy King and America’s most famous Vanner mare, Shampoo Girl. Fred Walker (the mare) is a daughter of Rose, who is a DNA daughter of The Lion King. Rose’s heritage goes back to Sonny Mays and The Coal Horse soon after World War II. I bought Rose from the late Fred Walker (the man) and that is why I know her heritage so far back. Oscar is a beautiful DNA verified example of great line breeding and the Vanner vision fulfilled.
