Discover the unique British and Irish Gypsy culture, and meet the magnificent horses they envisioned and developed—known today as Gypsy Vanners. Learn how these captivating horses came to America through the unforgettable journey of Dennis and Cindy Thompson, beginning in 1996.

Dennis shares the story in his own words, bringing each chapter of the adventure to life, adding depth to your appreciation of these incredible animals and a better understanding of the people who created them.

Come experience the original home of the Gypsy Vanner Horse—Gypsy Gold Farm, where legends live and stories ride.

Please arrive a few minutes early, as tours start promptly at 10 and 1:30. This tour is recommended for returning visitors, families with small children, and Spanish speaking guests.

Meet Gypsy Vanner mares, foals, and stallions.
Say hello to Parrots and meet donkeys with virtuous names….. Patience and Wisdom may even join you as you walk under ancient Live Oaks, laced in Spanish moss.
