WR BIG SON OF BOK was an exciting acquisition for us, reminding us of both The White Horse and The Old Horse Of Wales.
Out of Champion Driving mare Jasmine, he displayed every wonderful attribute you could ask for in a Gypsy Vanner stallion. Jasmine is one of the first 14 mares to enter America, and is a daughter of Patsy McCann’s The White Horse/Romany Rye, who was one of the best three stallions we ever discovered. Cushti Bok and The Gypsy King are the other two. Jasmine became half of the #1 tandem driving team in North America in 2001, and is now owned by WR Ranch here in Florida.
Big’s gave us four fantastic foal crops, totaling 12 foals, before we lost him suddenly. We are proud to stand his son, BPF Little Big Man at Gypsy Gold.
